Farmhouse B&B

Red Barn B&B is our lovingly restored 1877 farmhouse in Wine Country on the North Fork of eastern Long Island NY. Red Barn Bed and Breakfast offers three guest rooms for lodging.

Our residential and farm buildings and our observatory are situated on two acres of what was a vital part of a potato farm last active in the 1960’s. Our name says Red Barn B&B and our potato barn is a landmark. Guest accommodations are in our historic farmhouse.

Accommodations

Our North Fork bed and breakfast has central air conditioning, wireless connectivity to the Internet, a cable TV in the living room, an outdoor shower and an outdoor hot tub. Each room in Red Barn B&B has a private bathroom. In the winter you can enjoy a good book and watch the fire dance in our cast iron stove. It will please you to think that when the sun is shining our solar panels are busy helping to make the electricity that we use.

Breakfast

In the morning you will love the varied three-course breakfast prepared by our own Culinary Arts trained chef. Chef Linda is also a member of Slow Food so you can be sure that everything is homemade with freshest local and seasonal ingredients. When weather permits we serve breakfast outside on the porch where you can relax in country comfort.

Farms and Vineyards

Potato farms, nurseries and nearly 40 vineyards and wineries surround our beautiful North Fork setting. Red Barn B&B is located in the heart of Long Island Wine Country. At least six wineries are within walking distance and the rest are but a short drive on the North Fork.

Landmark

Our property is listed on State and National Registers of Historic Places, and has been designated a Landmark in the Town of Riverhead.
